Police say a 14-year-old boy who was watching his 11- and 4-year-old sisters while his parents were gone gave some cash to robbers who had broken into the kids' Lincoln home.
Lincoln Police Capt. Jim Davidsaver says the boy had heard a
noise outside a back door around 1:30 a.m. When the boy went to
investigate, he found four or five men had entered the house.
One of them pulled a gun and demanded drugs or money.
Police say the men left when the boy gave the gunman some cash.
No injuries were reported.
