Lisa Gustafson plays a comedy movie for her kids, but a collection demand from a video company doesn’t have her laughing.
“A bill saying I owe $50 in late fees to Hollywood video,” Gustafson said.
The collection agency for Hollywood Video says Lisa owes $45 dollars from July of 2009.
"I don't understand how I'm supposed to prove it because I didn't keep receipts from every time I rented a movies, especially three years ago,” Gustafson said.
The website for the collection agency says you can file a dispute of the bill online.
Lisa says every movie her family watched got returned on time and gives the collection notice a thumbs down
“They said since Hollywood video declared bankruptcy that the judge sealed all record for 24 months so I wonder if anyone else go these letters,” Gustafson said.
