She allegedly hit three pedestrians in a bar parking lot and drove off back in June, on Friday Jennifer Hintz was formerly charged for the incident.
Hintz is accused of hitting three people with her vehicle outside of Goofy's bar in Council Bluffs.
An assistant Pottawattamie County attorney working the case says the three people will survive, but are on a long road to full recovery.
She was charged with seven counts, one count of leaving the scene of an accident, three counts of causing serious injury by way of intoxication and three counts of causing serious injury by way of reckless driving.
