The armed robber in this picture was wearing a unique sweatshirt. Police hope the picture will lead to someone identifying the man.
Omaha Police are hoping that a unique sweatshirt, worn by an armed robber Sunday morning, will help identify a suspect.
Two men entered the 72nd & Crown Point Avenue Kwik Shop store about 4:11AM. They showed the clerk that they were armed with a gun. After demanding money, the two men fled the store on foot with cash in hand.
Surveillance video shows that one of the men was wearing a blue sweatshirt with unique stitching on the shoulder and across the hood.
We have attached a picture from the surveillance video.
Both men were described as being black and in their 20’s. The one wearing the sweatshirt stood about 5’6” and weighed 150 pounds. The other stood about 5’8” and weighed about 190 pounds. He was wearing a black coat and jeans.
If you can help identify either man, call Omaha police at (402) 444-7867.
