Omaha drivers will need to be ready for a number of road closures reported throughout the city this week.
Beginning Tuesday, May 27th, 2014, at 9:00 am, Cuming St., from 41st St. to 40th St., will have an Eastbound lane closed. This restriction is due to utility work by MUD and will be in effect for three-to-four days. Also, Dodge St., from 20th St. to 28th St., will have various lane restrictions. These restrictions are due to ADA ramp installation and curb repairs by DIY Construction and will be in effect for 10 days.
Including Dick Collins Rd., from 30th St. to J.J. Pershing Dr., will have various lane restrictions including closures. These restrictions are due to milling & resurfacing work by Western Engineering and will be in effect for two days.
A project slated to begin last week, picks up today as well, 11th St., from Dodge St. to Douglas St., will be closed to thru traffic. This closure is due to street resurfacing by Western Engineering and will be in effect for one day.
