As a result of Sunday night’s storm, tree limbs are down throughout the community.

To help residents clean up yards and other public spaces, the City of La Vista has established a storm damage drop-off location at the Public Works facility, 9900 Portal Road.

La Vista residents can drop off any tree limbs today through Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. This is only open to residents of La Vista.

In northwest Omaha the city will open a drop-off location in Elkhorn at 2 p.m. Monday. Limbs can be dropped off in the east parking lot of the football field at Ta-Ha-Zouka Park. The park is located at 905 Elkhorn Drive.

The Elkhorn site will remain open until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18.
