They are champions in one of the most physically demanding sports in the world and Saturday night Olympic Gymnastics superstars performed at CenturyLink Center Omaha.
Before the performance, the gymnasts sat down with some local gymnastics teams to answer questions. The Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions will stop in 40 cities across the country.
While the schedule may be brutal, the gymnasts themselves say when the lights go down they know it's showtime. "Your adrenaline kicks in and you also know that you're performing in front of thousands and yes, this might be your 25th show, but for thousands of people this is the first time that they've seen you so you always have to remember that," said Nastia Liukin.
The Kellogg's cast includes men's and women's Olympic Champions and U.S. World Champions. Liukin says her message to young gymnasts is to set goals and grow into new ones.
