Gun pulled in road rage incident.
24-year-old Sky D. Premo of Plattsmouth was arrested last week and has been arraigned on terroristic threats, a Class IV Felony, and use of a weapon to commit a felony, a Class I-C Felony. Bond was set at $25,000 and a preliminary hearing is set for July 10th.
Court documents say the arrest warrant was issued last week in connection to a May 12th incident at the off ramp of Highway 75 at Bay Road. A truck driver told sheriff’s deputies he honked his horn after a car was stopped at the stop sign for a longer period of time than needed.
The Cassgram reports the truck driver said the occupants of the car had previously been making obscene gestures to other drivers while on the highway. The charges allege that Premo got out of the vehicle at the stop sign and pulled a revolver from his waist band. A license plate was obtained and that led to an investigation and the subsequent arrest.
