An international team is driving across America to raise awareness about childhood obesity and Monday they made a stop in Omaha. They also hope to raise enough money to buy scooters for kids.
It's called the Y Fliker Across America Challenge. The group left from Los Angeles back in June and they plan to go all the way to New York City.
Their goal is raise enough money to buy 1,000 scooters. Waneska Valois said, "We want to show kids and adults that there is a fun way that you can get up and be active and have fun at the same time."
