Police are investigating a vandalism spree that left downtown Lincoln covered with graffiti.
The letters “FCC” have been spray painted in blue or black at 25 locations in the past week. Police don't know the significance or meaning behind it.
LPD says it's a misdemeanor offense, costing business owners more than $3,000 to clean up.
