According to OmahaGasPrices.com, average retail gasoline prices in Omaha have fallen 5.8 cents per gallon in the past week.
The average for a gallon of regular unleaded was $3.71 Monday. This compares with the national average that has fallen 3.2 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.77/g.
Including the change in gas prices in Omaha during the past week, prices Monday were $1.01/g higher than the same day one year ago and are 27.5 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
The national average has decreased 13.7 cents per gallon during the last month and stands $1.04/g higher than this day one year ago.
