Fund Set Up To Help Family

The Omaha Professional Fire Fighters Association has established a fund to help the family who lost two children in Wednesday's mobile home fire.

Three-year-old Gabriel Rodriguez and his 3-month-old brother Brandon Rodriguez died in the fire at Maplewood Estates near North 129th Street and West Maple Road. One-year-old Adrianna Rodriguez and the children's mother, 18-year-old Champaine Harn, were injured, Harn critically.

Donations for the Fire Fatality Benefit Fund may be mailed to the Omaha Fire Fighters Credit Union, 4630 South 143rd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, made online at supportomahafire.com or dropped off in person.

All money donated will go directly to the family. The members of the Omaha Professional Fire Fighters Association have made an opening contribution of $1,000.

Donations may also be made through the Red Cross.
