A 28-year-old Fremont woman was arrested following a five-month investigation by the III-CORPS Drug Task Force.
Rebecca Goebel was charged with three counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession of methamphetamine.
A 6-year-old child at Goebel’s residence was placed in protective custody.
