Update: Three Arrested After Drive-By Shooting

Three men were taken into custody after shots were fired at the occupants of car Thursday morning.

The victims were sitting in a vehicle near North 35th and Jaynes streets in Omaha when they told police someone in a passing car opened fire around 12:45 a.m., shattering the rear window. No one was injured.

The suspects drove off, but with the help of the police helicopter, were spotted traveling near North 42nd Street and Crown Point Avenue. Officers on the ground stopped the car near North 42nd and Redman Avenue.

Twenty-one-year-old Trenelle Miller was booked for two counts of attempted felony assault, destruction of property, two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person.

Twenty-two-year-old Keenan Moss was booked for having an open container, a headlight violation and for being an accessory to a felony.

Nineteen-year-old John Green was booked for being an accessory to a felony.
