Hundreds of local Catholics had no problem finding a spot at the dinner table Friday night.
It's the annual Fish Fry at Holy Name, one of the city's oldest events. It was also a homecoming for a lot of the people there.
Lent is approaching and it was the usual fare on tap.
Christine Moore said, “My fish, my fries with a lot of ketchup, don't forget the salt. We've got our coleslaw and our bread and butter."
Ash Wednesday is this coming next week marking the beginning of Lent.
