The festivities are about to begin for the 2014 College World Series and the fans are already congregating.
Just like in years gone by, that means team autographs, fireworks and music to accompany the baseball.
Some fans are already hanging out at TD Ameritrade ballpark. We caught up with a youth baseball team in Omaha for their own series.
The players and their coaches said getting to see a home team playing is a huge plus.
Brad McNeil said, "We're from Kentucky and Louisville is here. Of course we have a lot of UK fans too. But it's really exciting. Coach McDonald does a great job there with those guys at Louisville and we're going to get to watch them Saturday night out here in Omaha and the kids get to experience that so it's a pretty neat little thing plus they're getting to play here too."
A fun coincidence: their team is sponsored by Woodmen of the World.
