Internet Issues hampers family business. Slower speed and interruptions during some peak hours cut use. But monthly bill didn't go down. The Internet provider responds to complaint and Fact Finders.
Jake Wragge whose mother has a home based business said, "We shouldn't have any change in service but its been slowing down during peak hours." The Wragges pay $81.00 a month and Glen Wragge wants a credit. I think we should be reimbursed or pay a different amount until they get it fixed."
Century Link has given the Wragges a credit on their bill. Century Link spokesman Karl Bieber said, "They're in an area that's been plagued by some outages and some service issues. We've been working on it quite awhile. We're offering bill credits in that area for people."
Bieber said its important to get a record of problems to receive credit and so the company know where to make repairs quickly.
