A neighborhood eyesore near 96th and Schram Road is showing marked improvement after a Fact Finders report about the property.
Neighbors say that siding has been peeling off the foreclosed home for months. The house sits just outside Papillion city limits and just outside the city inspectors’ jurisdiction to order repairs.
Fact Finders contacted Wells Fargo Bank, which controls the property. A crew patched the siding over the weekend. A section of roof with missing shingles has also been covered.
After our story first aired, a prospective buyer called for information on the house.
