Exhibit Honors Nebraska State Patrol's 75 Years Of Service

An exhibit honoring the Nebraska State Patrol's 75 years of service has opened at the Elkhorn Valley Museum and Research Center in Norfolk.

The exhibit features pictures, artifacts, a 1950's patrol car and a memorial to the 11 troopers who have died in the line of duty. The exhibit was inaugurated during a ceremony at the museum on Tuesday.

Col. David Sankey, superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol, says the patrol is honored that the museum chose to celebrate the agency's history.

The exhibit will be open to the public during regular hours business hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays through November 3rd.
