It was a multicultural holiday experience Friday night at the Durham Museum.
It was the Ethnic Holiday Festival.
Groups representing countries from all over the world had the chance to show off their various holiday traditions and crafts.
People also got the chance to feast on different ethnic dishes, and listen to music from different regions of the world.
It was a chance to learn how the rest of the world celebrates the season.
"On one level, to understand how all of us have had a commitment from the very beginning for the spirit of giving," said "St. Nick," who was attending the festival.
An ethnic holiday tree exhibit will be on display through January 5th.
