Emergency Crews Use Jaws of Life at Crash

Lincoln Fire and Rescue Crews had to use the jaws of life to pull a person out of a car after a crash.

The head on collision happened near 27th and Fairfield around 8:45pm.

Initial reports said a person in one of the cars involved was pinned. A person who first came upon the crash says they arrived on scene and were handed a baby who had been in the car.

Emergency crews said three people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the baby is OK.
