With so many vehicles being recalled this year, many people have been left to wonder if they’re driving around in a dangerous vehicle or about to buy one. The U.S. government has created a web page that can instantly determine if a vehicle is in need of repairs.
Simply insert your VIN and click away. CLCK HERE to access the online tool.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s online tool will show information if there is an open recall. In other words if the vehicle had been recalled and repaired, then the site will indicate it’s safe to drive.
About 37.5-million vehicles were recalled in the United States in the first six months of 2014, more than any prior year.
