A 27-year-old man faces multiple charges after being clocked by a Nebraska State trooper going 124 mph in a 65 mph zone.
On Tuesday, the trooper said he clocked Bret Marschman of Lincoln on Interstate-80, near mile marker 401. He was able to stop Marschman just off the I-80/I-180 interchange in Lincoln.
When the trooper approached the vehicle, he reported the smell of alcohol. Marschman was cited for driving while intoxicated 2nd offense, speeding, open container and no valid registration. He was lodged in the Lancaster County Corrections on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
