A national trend is doubling down in the metro. Filling up a tank is dramatically cheaper than it was two weeks ago.

According to gasbuddy.com, the price of a gallon of regular gas fell 14 cents over the last two weeks. It's now at $3.38.

In Omaha, the average is $3.14, down 26-cents from two weeks ago.

Experts say crude oil prices have finally moved down the supply chain, now benefiting motorists.

Don't wait to fill up. Analysts predict the price reduction may soon come to an end.
