A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for northeastern Sarpy County in Nebraska and central Pottawattamie and northwestern Mills counties in Iowa until 4:30 p.m. A tornado watch is in effect until 10 p.m. Sunday for southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa, including Omaha, Council Bluffs and Lincoln.

Driver Arrested Again For DUI
A man with three prior DUI’s was arrested Saturday morning for driving under the influence.
La Vista police say 36-year-old Shawn Prenosil was arrested near 60th Street and Highway 370 with a blood-alcohol content of .216. He was stopped there after being pulled over earlier in La Vista and then driving off.
After that, Prenosil was involved in a pursuit out of Ralston. He was also involved in a property damage, hit-and-run accident at 72nd and Harrison during the chase.
Prenosil faces charges of flight to avoid arrest and leaving the scene of an accident in addition to possible charges in Ralston.
