Update: Driver Guilty Of Vehicular Homicide, Drunk Driving

A jury in Pender, Nebraska has found a 20-year-old man guilty of vehicular homicide and drunken driving.

Miguel Tapia of Walthill was convicted for the November 23rd crash that killed 20-year-old Princess Morris of Macy. She was a passenger in a pickup driven by Tapia when he lost control and went off a county road near Walthill.

His sentencing is scheduled for August 13th.
