Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine tells Channel 6 News that he plans to take legal action against the OPS School Board; saying that they failed to follow state law when swearing in new members.
The newly elected board members were sworn in the first Monday of January, which was reportedly past the deadline that state law mandates.
Kleine plans to file an action with a Douglas County district judge this week.
