It took some doing but Omaha Police did track down a domestic violence suspect Friday.
A two-hour foot pursuit came to an end near 91st and Charles. Police were called to an address about two miles away, the suspect ran out the back door and through back yards and parks until police finally tracked him down.
Omaha Police Lieutenant Marcia Janucik said, “Normally we wouldn’t stay out so long but it was a felony warrant for domestic violence. We felt it was necessary to do. So, like I said, our call load permitted us to spend extra time today and enable to catch the guy.”
Police arrested 32 year old Antjuan Williams. He had outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants and faces additional charges from Friday’s incident.
