Timothy Brehmer was cited early Sunday morning for multiple offenses. He was booked into the Lincoln-Lancaster County jail.
Brehmer was stopped for DUI in Havelock. During the investigation, police officers say he became uncooperative and combative with the officer.
A search later revealed a fully automatic switch blade knife in a sheath on Timothy’s waistband. Under the driver’s seat, the officer located a second knife, with 8 ¼ “ blade along with a Smith & Wesson Revolver with ammunition.
Brehmer has been given a number of citations including ones for 2nd offense DUI, Negligent Driving, Carrying Concealed Weapon, Resisting Arrest, Failure to Comply, Possession of a Switchblade, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
