A Heartland mom is being investigated as the suspect in an assault case. It all seems to stem from her daycare’s diaper policy.
According to the police report a worker at a daycare in the area of 33rd and Hamilton says she was assaulted by a 29-year-old mother of one of her daycare kids.
The 26-year-old employee tells investigators that the mother became physical after she told the mother she had to bring diapers for her child to be used at the daycare facility.
According to the alleged victim and another daycare employee the mother became very upset and attacked the 26-year-old.
The mother apparently spit in the worker’s hair and was poking her face with a finger.
