A judge begins considering a verdict in the Ashley Cameron trial on Monday. The Onawa, Iowa woman is accused of first-degree murder and child endangerment in the drowning of her 15-month-old son Markis Dahms last year.
The 25-year-old Cameron took the stand Friday saying it was an accident, that the boy drowned in the bathtub when she grabbed a change of clothes in another room.
The judge plans to render a verdict in the next 60 days.
