A 51-year-old North Platte woman has been sentenced for using her mother's credit card without permission.
Kimberly Small on Monday was given 90 days in jail and three years of probation. Small had pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device after prosecutors reduced the charge from abuse of a vulnerable adult.
Small also was ordered to pay more than $14,000 in restitution.
