A Philadelphia jury also convicted the founder of a social-services company of involuntary manslaughter, perjury and other charges in Danieal Kelly's death.

Mickal Kumavaka's company was paid $1 million to supervise the
city's neediest families, but prosecutors say social workers rarely
visited the chaotic home.

City social worker Dana Poindexter was also convicted of perjury and reckless endangerment.

Daniel Kelly faces up to seven years in prison for endangering his daughter.

About a dozen people have been convicted of state and federal charges since the girl's 2006 death at age 14. She weighed 42
pounds.

Her mother is in prison for third-degree murder.
