Customer Connect Program Accepting Applications

It's an opportunity to pick up valuable experience in the customer service field. Goodwill Omaha is accepting applications for enrollment in its Customer Connect program.

Classes begin June 9th.

The program trains participants in skills they would need to be a customer service representative in the call centers of insurance and banking businesses.

The program is held at Goodwill's Headquarters (4805 N. 72nd Street - Omaha) over the course of six months.

The training was designed by Metro Community College. Students will receive a Customer Service Diploma and 24 transferable college credits for the completion of these classes.

When they complete the program, Goodwill will assist applicants in gaining a job.
