A suspect wanted in an Omaha home invasion earlier this week was arrested Friday morning.
Thirty-five-year-old Mike Stewart was sought for his role in the home invasion and robbery at an apartment near 99th and U streets around 5 a.m. last Tuesday.
Fifty-five-year-old Kevin O’Brien, who was home at the time, told Channel 6 News he did not know Stewart, but his roommate, 37-year-old Aundrea Milnes, did. O’Brien said Stewart hit him in the head with a shotgun and pulled a knife on Milnes.
Shortly after the fight, investigators said Stewart stole O’Brien's SUV and later abandoned it near 24th and Arbor.
