Bluejay fever is growing and growing.
While the regular season hasn't quite started, Creighton men fired up the fans with an exhibition game Friday night.
It was a fierce exhibition game between Creighton and Northern State University.
As thousands packed in to proudly display their blue though, Creighton had its support.
Carol Kelley, one fan, couldn't wait for the new season.
"Love coming to the games. We look forward to it," she said.
The game wasn't the only thing new.
This was Creighton's first game with the state-of-the-art scoreboard up above.
With the high resolution-screens, you couldn't miss a moment.
This was also the first game using the fiercer Bluejays logo.
For a longtime fan like Wayne Barkmeier, it'll take some getting used to.
"I'm adapting to the new one, but it looks good," he said.
With so much excitement for Bluejay basketball, ticket availability has been a bit difficult.
Kelley was just happy for the sign of so much Creighton spirit.
"I think it says a lot for Creighton basketball that they've had so many sellouts, and the sell out within 11 minutes," she said.
Creighton's next game is next Friday in Omaha against Alcorn State.
