A two-vehicle crash at 120th and Rose Lane, between Blondo and Miracle Hills Drive in Omaha, sent both drivers to the hospital Thursday morning.
It happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. Witnesses said one driver, headed north on 120th Street, appeared to black out. That driver hit a power pole on the east side of the street, bouncing across traffic to the other side of the street where the vehicle hit a tree.
In the process, one other vehicle was hit. That driver and the first driver were both transported to the hospital with serious injuries and are expected to survive.
The collision caused a small power outage in the area. The intersection reopened to traffic just after 11 a.m.
