Council Bluffs Home Destroyed By Fire

Two residents escaped from a fire that destroyed a Council Bluffs house Friday morning.

The fire started around 6 a.m. at a home near 17th Street and Avenue E. The residents jumped out of a window and were not hurt.

No word yet on what caused the fire.
