Cops and Bobbers is coming back to Benson Park in Omaha.
The third annual fishing event for kids, sponsored by the Omaha Police Department and the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, will take place next Sunday, October 28th from 1-4 p.m. at the Benson Park Lagoon at 70th and Military Avenue.
The lagoon was recently stocked with pan-sized rainbow trout. The event is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 15. Bait, tackle, poles and a hot dog lunch will be provided. Registration is required.
