Anthony Davis has been sentenced to three life sentences for the murders of Miguel Avalos and his two sons. He has also been sentenced to three 25 to 30 year terms for other counts with all sentences to run consecutively.
Neither Davis nor family members had any comment in court Tuesday.
Davis dodged the death penalty earlier when a jury found no aggravating circumstances in the case.
The killings took place in 2012. He was found guilty on three counts of First Degree Murder and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
Prosecutors said Davis planned to rob Miguel Avalos on July 9, 2012 during a drug deal. He shot Miguel and his sons, Jose and Miguel Avalos, Jr. in the head.
