A man convicted of killing his wife is accused of threatening his new wife - while on parole.
Back in 1992, Roy L Jones was taken away from his home on a gurney. He claimed to suffer chest pains just minutes after shooting 24-year-old Tara Jones, killing her.
When released from the hospital, Jones was arrested and later convicted of 2nd Degree Murder.
Prosecutors believe Roy shot Tara from a window, when she was trying to escape their apartment. A witness claims Jones then went outside and shot her again.
Jones was released on parole several years ago, and remarried.
He is now back in prison, accused of threatening his current wife, grabbing her when she tried to leave their Bellevue home.
Jones has been charged with making Terroristic Threats, Domestic Assault and False Imprisonment.
Attorney James Martin Davis says Jones is now an established businessman and has been careful not to break the law. Davis says his client will fight the charges.
