OMAHA Police are searching for a robbery suspect after an early morning theft.
Omaha Police tell WOWT 6 News that a man armed with a gun robbed the QuikTrip near 88th and Maple just before 5 a.m. According to police, the suspect held the clerk at gunpoint.
The robber made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. He left the crime scene by foot.
No one was injured. Police are still trying to get more details about the crime. It's not known at this time what direction the suspect took off.
