La Vista Daze 2012 is now in high gear in Central Park with a full slate of activities all weekend.
The start time of one of the new events this year, the Children’s Parade, has been moved back an hour to 11 a.m.
This free event will still take place at City Hall in the parking lot and is available to any parents and children who want to decorate strollers, wagons and bikes and dress up in any fun way imaginable.
La Vista Daze 2012 will continue Friday with the carnival and vendor booths opening at noon in Central Park and a free community cookout beginning at 6 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot.
