Thieves didn't let a fence keep them out of a scrap yard near 60th and V Streets but they may have left enough clues behind to get caught.
According to the police report, once inside the scrap yard, the thief or thieves cut at least three catalytic converters off of vehicles and carried them to a waiting vehicle just outside the fence.
Investigators have recovered a pair of gloves near and a "Sawzall" blade which may belong to the crooks.
