A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for central Lancaster County until 4:30 p.m., northern Pottawattamie County until 4:45 p.m. and Nemaha, northeastern Pawnee and northwestern Richardson counties until 5 p.m. A tornado watch is in effect until 10 p.m. Sunday for southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa, including Omaha, Council Bluffs and Lincoln.

Several musical fans found themselves at a different ticket window Monday morning. They paid about $200 each to get their cars from city impound after being towed from around Omaha police headquarters a block from the Orpheum theater.
Car owner Greg Smith said, "The signage needs to be changed because its not clear."
The new back in parking has provided an additional 34 parking spaces around Omaha police headquarters. But underneath signs describing how to back in are signs showing a tow truck. There is no parking except police cars around the cop shop.
Captain Adam Kyle said, "Police don't want to tow cars but their parking illegally. We can't have vehicles we don't know parking in our spaces, its a safety issue."
Several towed drivers told Fact Finders the back in signs imply public parking and distracts them from the police only parking signs below.
Omaha city engineer Todd Pfitzer looked at he signs after a call from Fact Finders. Pfitzer said, "The blue sign on top has nothing to do with who can park here. it just shows how to park.It doesn't say public parking."
But one Parker said, "Its a rough deal,obviously I didn't see the signs that are new with the back in parking."
