A judge doesn’t turn the other cheek on a convicted church burglar.
27-year old Dustin Robbins has been sentenced to six to seven years in prison for break-in at eight churches in Saunders County. The burglaries happened late last year and items taken included vouchers to help the poor or people in desperate need around the holidays.
Also a guitar and case belonging to a church singer were stolen and pawned. One church reported some Sunday school money missing.
Robbins was also ordered to pay about $2,300 in restitution.
