A child advocate program helped children through the holiday season.
Cass County Court Appointed Special Advocates was overwhelmed with the generosity shown to the program and CASA children, according to the Cassgram.
Angie Neumiller, the local director of CASA for children, extends thanks “to all who made our children's Christmas a little merrier. Many chose names from our Christmas tree and bought personalized gifts. Those who wrapped the gifts, Ms. Henry and Mrs. Johnson, fifth-grade students who donated money, First Christian Church ladies who quilted blankets, sewed bears and bags for each CASA child; Mrs. Hellbusch's middle school student council members donated toys and others who came to our office and donated money. There are so many other acts of kindness people choose to do for our program. Each one of you truly made a difference in a child's life this Christmas!”
