Misdemeanor charges against golf course developer Dan Livingston have been dropped.
He had been cited by a city inspector for failure to demolish the old clubhouse at the former Skyline Golf Course. It was a hazard that stood for months and neighbors complained about the eyesore.
Chief code inspector Kevin Denker says the clubhouse has been torn down so charges were dropped on Tuesday.
Livingston has said the construction of his new course is on schedule with the pool scheduled to open next summer and golf set to begin in the fall.
