Part of Interstate 80 was shut down overnight in Western Iowa after a car caught fire.
Crews had to clear off the eastbound lanes of the interstate near McClelland at the car burned on the side of the road.
The water being used was immediately freezing on the road, creating slick conditions for drivers.
Salt and sand trucks were called out once the car was towed so the interstate could re-open.
There are no reports of any injuries.
