It was a busy weekend for law enforcement in Plattsmouth. From noon Thursday through 6pm Christmas Day there were 11 entries classified as “disturbance” calls.
One of them was on Christmas Day about 3:30pm. The Cassgram reports police scanner reports said there was a stabbing in Elmwood. A man was outside the residence with cuts. It was later broadcast that a woman also suffered cuts from a box cutter. Elmwood Rescue was put on standby until sheriff’s deputies arrived and secured the scene. After it was safe, rescue personnel attended to the injuries that reportedly involved several cuts to the wrists and legs of the individuals involved.
There were two other disturbance calls that also involved rescue calls, one in Louisville about 1am Friday and one in Eagle about 1am Saturday.
